Illustration Friday: Robot

I decided I would finally do another IF now that the semester is over. I just used on of my scrap pieces of illustration board and had fun with this guy.

P.S. Sorry for the bad photo. I didn't really want to drive into town just to scan this. :p I'll update the photo someday though.

Hey diddle diddle

 The Cat and the Fiddle!

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

Here is yet another project from my illustration class. Enjoy!

Guitar Man

Easter Bunny!

I know it's a bit late but here is a quick easter painting i did last week.

Happy Giraffe

I am rather happy about this painting. I plan on doing at least two more, similar to this, to make it a series!

Lonely House in the Hills

This was the first painting with gouache that I did and I loved it. Gouache has become my favorite medium now. I love to mix colored pencil with it to add the detail.

Snail Mail

Artist

I'm an artist! Everything in this painting has to do with me. I love cats/animals. I love nature. I love colors. I love space. I love robots. I love flowers. I love scarves. I love slippers...etc. You get the point. ;)

Also, sorry again for the bad photo. I plan on investing in a scanner this year!

Aye Matey!

I like this pirate. He was fun to paint. I did an ink wash on top of gouache. It worked well with making it 'piratey' feeling.

Here's a sketch I did in my awesome sketch book. ;)

Mily

This is the first painting that I did in the Mark English style. I loved this style!

Crazy Hair Doodle

This was a quick warm up I did yesterday. I rather enjoyed it and I think this person has crazy awesome hair!
